Qualifications

• Requires ABET-accredited Electrical Engineering degree.
• 10–12+ years in a leadership role with an electrical engineering firm or multidisciplinary firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design for multiple concurrent projects and tasks for your discipline.
• Provide technical mentorship to less experienced engineers.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Review design computations and provide constructability input.
• Coordinate and collaborate with team members across disciplines to meet deadlines.
