Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• 10–12+ years of leadership experience in a Electrical Engineering firm or multi-discipline AE firm.
• Experience with applicable energy codes and standards.
• Professional Engineer license and related Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design for multiple concurrent projects within your discipline.
• Assist Project Manager with client requirements, recommendations, and solutions.
• Attend client meetings or interviews to support the Project Manager.
• Plan, schedule, conduct, or coordinate detailed phases of engineering work for a major project or moderate scope.
• Design projects using advanced knowledge and customer specifications with design software.
• Mentor engineers and share best practices with the team.
