Job summary

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Electrical Engineering degree is required.
• 8–10+ years in a leadership role with an Electrical Engineering firm or multi-discipline firm.
• Experience with energy codes and standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical discipline design tasks for projects.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and other engineers to meet schedule, budget, and quality goals.
• Perform quality control and QA checks per PMP guidelines.
• Mentor and develop design staff within the department.
• Interact with clients and sub-consultants to provide timely updates and solutions.
