Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 8–10+ years of leadership experience in electrical engineering.
• Strong knowledge of energy codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for tasks within a discipline and coordinate with project engineers.
• Provide design updates to the Project Manager and track budgets.
• Oversee sub-tasks and mentor design staff throughout the project.
• Coordinate with clients, sub-consultants, and internal disciplines to meet deadlines and quality goals.
• Perform design computations and prepare plans, specs, and estimates.
