Qualifications

• 10–12+ years in a leadership role within an Electrical Engineering firm or multi-discipline firm.
• Experience with energy codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design for multiple concurrent projects within electrical discipline.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Prepare or lead engineering documents and reports.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and cross-disciplinary teams to meet schedule and budget.
• Participate in industry organizations and present findings when appropriate.
