Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
10+ or 12+ years of leadership experience with an Electrical Engineering firm or a multi-discipline A&E firm with substantial energy code knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead design for multiple concurrent projects within your discipline.
Assist Project Manager with client consultations to understand requirements and solutions.
Attend client meetings in support of the project manager.
Plan and coordinate detailed engineering phases for major projects.
Develop designs using advanced knowledge and client specifications.
Provide mentoring to engineers and contribute to industry discussions.
Coordinate with team members and other disciplines to meet deadlines and quality standards.
