Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field; PE license required.
• 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Certifications such as RCDD, NICET, CPD, LEED, WELL preferred.
• Proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering design from concept through completion for complex or large-scale projects.
• Direct or oversee preparation of design documents, system layouts, drawings, schematics, and specs.
• Develop solutions to advanced and highly complex engineering problems, providing technical guidance.
• Mentor and coach across teams; supervise junior designers and engineers.
• Participate in staffing, training initiatives, and technical strategy development.
• Provide quality oversight; conduct final reviews to ensure standards compliance.
• Communicate with clients, resolve conflicts, and assist with design challenges.
• Lead or support strategic business development and maintain client relationships.
• Serve as Engineer of Record when assigned, ensuring technical accuracy and standards.
