Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required.
• PE license in Louisiana required; TX/AR preferred.
• 10+ years industrial electrical engineering experience in power systems, grounding, and lighting.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support all activities of the Electrical Department.
• Recruit, hire, and develop staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Develop scopes of work, schedules, and engineering cost estimates.
• Manage multiple electrical projects, ensuring client satisfaction, budget, and schedule.
• Prepare and review engineering calculations, designs, and drawings.
• Develop equipment data sheets, RFQs, and technical recommendations.
• Provide technical liaison and support regional business development.
