Henderson Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our growing design-build team across multiple U.S. locations including Washington, DC, Dallas, TX, and Phoenix, AZ.

The role leads design and construction of complex electrical building systems, mentors engineers, and collaborates with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver innovative, high-quality projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline; PE license preferred.
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
Experience with design-build electrical engineering projects.

Responsibilities

Directs design and develops electrical building systems from concept through construction.
Mentors engineers and designers across teams.
Coordinates with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project success.
Reviews drawings and specifications for quality and conformance.
Leads project staffing and resource planning.
Maintains ongoing client communication and project updates.
