Henderson Engineers seeks a senior Electrical Engineer/Designer to guide complex electrical building systems for mission‑critical and data center projects. You will lead design from concept through completion, coordinate design documents, and provide discipline‑level technical guidance while mentoring other engineers and supporting business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, fire protection, or architectural engineering.
• 9+ years of relevant experience; PE preferred/required for EOR roles.
• Professional certifications (RCDD, NICET, CPD, LEED, WELL) are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design from concept to completion for large projects.
• Prepare and review design documents, schematics, and specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and discipline coordination across teams.
• Mentor and coach designers and engineers; participate in staffing and training.
• Lead or support strategic business development and maintain client relationships.
