Henderson Engineers seeks a senior Electrical Engineer to guide complex electrical building system design, with responsibility for project leadership, technical quality, and client coordination on mission-critical/data center projects.

The role requires extensive experience, PE preferred, and the ability to mentor designers and engineers while driving business development and project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, fire protection, or architectural engineering.
• 12+ years of relevant experience; PE license is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering design from concept through completion for complex projects.
• Direct or oversee preparation of design documents, layouts, drawings, and specs.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor teams across disciplines.
