Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 12+ years of relevant experience.
• PE license required for Engineer of Record (EOR) – strongly preferred.
• Additional certifications (CDP, LEED, WELL) aligned with sustainability preferred.
• Proficiency with Revit and Bluebeam Revu; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees the preparation of complex design documents and drawings.
• Leads project and design efforts from concept design through completion.
• Mentors designers and engineers; directly supervises staff as needed.
• Supports business development and client relationship activities.
• Ensures project quality, schedule, cost, and scope compliance.
