Job summary

Raytheon’s Tucson-based team seeks an Electrical Depot Hardware Lead for a Missile Production Program. You will provide technical oversight to engineers and operations staff, coordinating with the Depot Program Lead and Production Chief Engineer to prioritize tasks and resolve production issues.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and at least 5 years of related experience, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM field.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in engineering projects or programs.
• Experience leading technical projects or failure investigations.

Responsibilities

• Function as an Electrical Depot Hardware Lead on Missile Production Program.
• Provide technical oversight/mentorship to cross-functional engineers and operations staff.
• Coordinate with Depot Program Lead and Production Chief Engineer for prioritization.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and external partners to resolve production issues.
