Job summary

RTX is seeking an Electrical Depot Hardware Lead for a Missile Production Program in the US. The role focuses on technical oversight, mentorship of engineers and operations staff, and ensuring rigorous task execution and schedule adherence.

You will coordinate with depot leadership and other disciplines to resolve production issues, support testing and integration, and travel less than 10% per year. Shift: 1st shift, onsite at Tucson area facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in RF, analog, digital, or mixed-signal circuit design or analysis and/or DSP, debugging, failure investigations.
• Experience leading a technical project or root-cause investigation and communicating results.

Responsibilities

• Function as an Electrical Depot Hardware Lead on Missile Production Program.
• Provide technical oversight and mentorship to cross-functional engineers and operations staff; emphasize task execution, rigor, and schedule.
• Coordinate with Depot Program Lead and Production Chief Engineer for prioritization across functions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and external partners to resolve production issues and support maintenance facilities.
