Job summary

RTX is seeking a Depot Program Operations Manager to be located onsite in Tucson, Arizona. You will serve as the primary interface between Program Leadership and Factory teams, ensuring program requirements are understood and executed across sites.

The role demands leadership across proposals, development, production, and sustainment activities, with flexibility to travel and work beyond standard hours to meet program commitments.

Qualifications

• Requires University degree or equivalent with minimum 8 years of experience.
• Advanced degree with minimum 5 years of related experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and influence factory integration and program performance.
• Coordinate operations requirements for gate reviews and budgets.
• Prepare information for management reviews and status updates.
• Collaborate with Program Management and factories to meet program commitments.
