Energizer Holdings, Inc. in Asheboro, NC is seeking an Electrical Staff Engineer to design and develop electrical systems for battery manufacturing, guide controls projects, and provide technical direction across the engineering team.

Responsibilities include leading major projects, mentoring staff, and ensuring safety and cost/performance improvements while collaborating with Value Stream Managers. A strong PLC and robotics background plus Lean experience are required.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical or Controls.
Understands both electrical and mechanical aspects of systems and equipment.
10+ years engineering experience; progression into senior positions in manufacturing.
Fault finding/troubleshooting with PLC programming on Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Siemens, and Ladder PLCs.
Working knowledge of industrial robots.
Strong project management and leadership skills.
Experience coordinating large-scale projects ($1M-$3M) with minimal guidance.
Lean manufacturing experience and mindset.

Responsabilidades

Provide technical services, varied and complex in scope.
Design, plan and coordinate major engineering projects.
Work with Value Stream Managers to meet/exceed business plans.
Mentor engineering and maintenance teams.
Interpret and coordinate electrical/mechanical systems for cost/performance impact.
Develop training materials for production staff.
Validate equipment and drive process improvements.
Support Lean/Waste reduction initiatives.
