• 10 years of maintenance leadership experience.
• Must have previous experience with direct reports in a maintenance environment.
• Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and supervise internal maintenance craft personnel or outside contractors for preventive, predictive, corrective, project, and breakdown maintenance.
• Analyze equipment failures and implement permanent fixes.
• Prioritize maintenance work requests and coordinate with requestors and area managers.
• Identify, prioritize, and coordinate or deliver maintenance training in the assigned area.
• Provide troubleshooting support to maintenance staff as needed.
• Audit maintenance work to ensure best practices and standards.
• Review area maintenance costs, maintain them within budget, and improve efficiency under MCIP.
• Conduct maintenance staff appraisals and address performance issues.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement on maintenance-related projects.
