You will mentor from engineering and maintenance groups and partner with value stream managers to improve cost and performance. Key responsibilities include equipment validation, process optimization, and implementing lean improvements, PLCs and robotics.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with electrical or controls focus.
• 10+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills with PLC knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Design, plan and coordinate major engineering projects involving electrical systems.
• Mentor and develop the engineering and maintenance team.
• Collaborate with value stream managers to meet or exceed the business plan.
• Develop and implement Equipment Validation Plans and process improvements.
