Energizer Holdings, Inc is seeking an Electrical Staff Engineer to design and develop electrical systems and equipment, contributing to the technical base of controls projects. You will mentor engineers and coordinate major initiatives, driving cost/performance improvements across manufacturing processes.

The role requires a strong background in electrical/controls engineering, extensive PLC knowledge, and experience leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical or Controls.
• Understands both the electrical and mechanical aspects of systems and equipment.
• 10+ years engineering experience; progressing to senior levels in manufacturing.
• Fault finding/troubleshooting skills with PLCs (Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Siemens).
• Working knowledge of industrial robots.
• Project management and leadership skills.
• Experience coordinating large scale, complex projects ($1M–$3M) with minimal guidance.
• Lean manufacturing experience and mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical services, major in scope and complex in nature.
• Design, plan and coordinate major engineering projects and consult on varied projects.
• Work with Value Stream Managers to meet or exceed business plan.
• Mentor and develop the engineering and maintenance group.
• Interact with team leaders and value stream managers to ensure daily performance.
• Develop training materials and provide training for production operatives.
