Energizer Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Senior Process Engineer in North Carolina to drive equipment productivity, process capability and continuous improvement across manufacturing lines. You will lead capital projects, develop SPC plans and train operators to optimize throughput and quality.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and designing new processes while supporting flexible working arrangements where possible.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in relevant Engineering with production exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with plant staff to resolve manufacturing issues on lines.
• Identify root causes and implement preventive actions.
• Lead capital and other improvement projects.
• Develop SPC quality plans and work instructions.
• Train workers on methods and workflows.
• Develop prototypes and test methods for new materials/processes.
• Analyze SPC data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal/external resources for materials and designs.
• Collect and analyze data to support decisions.
