Energizer Holdings, Inc. in Asheboro, NC, seeks an Engineering Specialist to provide technical leadership to Operations, Reliability, Quality and Facilities, supporting day-to-day tasks, projects and continuous improvement.

The role requires proven manufacturing technical skills, PLC experience, and the ability to develop colleagues, work with contractors, and lead initiatives that improve safety, quality and cost metrics.

Competenze

• Proven technical skills in manufacturing environment.
• Education – a technical or engineering degree or post high school training with equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated PLC experience.
• Ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Ability to train and evaluate maintenance and technical personnel.

Mansioni

• Provide technical leadership to Operations, Reliability, Quality and Facilities.
• Lead or participate in projects to improve SQCD and reduce costs.
• Support maintenance and quality teams in solving technical problems.
• Collaborate with engineers and contractors to meet project objectives.
