The role focuses on designing and developing electrical systems for battery manufacturing, providing technical consultation, and guiding control engineers to achieve cost/performance objectives. You will mentor the engineering and maintenance teams, collaborate with value stream managers to meet performance targets, and drive LEAN improvements while maintaining comprehensive documentation and training materials for

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Controls).
• 10+ years engineering experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Strong fault finding and PLC programming skills.
• Experience leading large, complex projects ($1M–$3M).
• Lean manufacturing mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical services across diverse engineering projects.
• Design, plan and coordinate major engineering initiatives.
• Mentor engineering and maintenance teams.
• Develop equipment validation plans and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Value Stream Managers to meet performance targets.
• Create training materials for production staff.
• Prepare reports and maintain records.
• Lead LEAN initiatives and cost-reduction efforts.
