Job summary

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise maintenance staff and outside contractors for preventive, predictive, corrective, project, and breakdown work.
• Analyze equipment failures and implement permanent fixes.
• Prioritize work requests and coordinate with area managers to plan work.
• Lead maintenance training and provide troubleshooting support.
• Audit maintenance work to ensure standards and best practices.
• Manage area maintenance costs and improve efficiency within the MCIP program.
• Oversee budget ($500K-$2.0M) and assets valued at $10M-$15M.
