Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design across capital projects and facility upgrades. You will guide cross-functional teams, ensuring technical standards are met while mentoring junior engineers and driving standardization across the network.

The role includes ownership of design tasks, liaison with project managers, and providing SME support for commissioning and installations. A remote work option is available with travel across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years engineering experience required.
• Registration as Professional Engineer or ability to obtain licensure preferred.
• Experience with HV/MV/LV distribution and power generation in large facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop/Review/Approve Electrical System Design documents (One/Three Line Diagrams, Control Schematics, Wiring diagrams).
• Coordinate with Electrical AE firms; plan tasks to meet budget and schedule.
• Lead SME for electrical design standards; update standards as needed.
• Provide commissioning and startup support for assigned projects.
