ON.energy is setting the standard for large load interconnection and provides utility-scale energy storage solutions. The Senior Electrical Engineer – Battery Systems will lead battery sizing, validate BESS technologies, and drive EMS/Plant Controller and SCADA integrations for reliable data center and grid applications.

You will work with PSCAD, MATLAB, and Python to optimize controls and system performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver high-impact energy

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of electrical engineering experience with focus on battery systems and BESS vendor evaluation.
• Experience validating inverter/PCS performance and EMS/Plant Controller integration.
• Strong software skills: Python, VS Code, Jupyter Notebooks, Git.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration.
