Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of automation experience in utility-scale renewables or EPC.
• Strong SCADA/EMS and IEC 61131-3 programming skills.
• Experience with energy storage tech (BESS) and industrial protocols.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop control systems for BESS and EMS/SCADA.
• Configure SCADA/HMI, alarms, data mapping, and access controls.
• Develop and validate simulation and testing (HIL/SIL).
• Collaborate with firmware/software teams and support commissioning.
• Support cybersecurity, networking, and industrial protocols.
