Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) in Salem, NH seeks a Sr. Electrical Engineering Design Technician to test, rework, and debug PCBs and to build experimental setups for high-speed electromechanical assemblies for new product development.

The role involves validating electronics, inspecting parts, and building prototypes while collaborating with a multinational team in a dynamic lab environment.

Formación

• Requires associate degree and 10+ years of professional experience.
• Experience reworking PCBs and soldering components.
• Experience with at least one data acquisition system.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and use lab equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with good communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Debug and design validation of board and system level electronic designs
• Design validation testing focused on electronics
• Test mechanical, electrical, and optical components and subsystems
• Document experimental conditions and results
• Build prototypes and test fixtures; interface with vendors for parts
• Inspect incoming parts and manage lab equipment, including calibration
• Interact with the technical team to maintain a safe, productive environment
• Design and verify cables
