Job summary

Facility Solutions Group, Inc. seeks an Electrical Superintendent to supervise electrical trades on mid to large projects. You will work with the PM on estimates, lay out work for crews, and ensure timely materials, tools, and manpower. Lead safety programs and coordinate with general contractors daily.

You will set schedules, supervise foremen and crews, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with safety protocols across the site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; journeyman level noted.
• Foreman, Journeyman, A4, E4 levels expected.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred or to be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all FSG field trades on electrical projects.
• Participate in working estimates with the Project Manager.
• Layout work for crews; ensure material, tools, and manpower are ready.
• Set schedules and man-loading; be proficient with devices.
• Coordinate with General Contractor on daily scheduling and performance.
• Supervise installers of electrical feeders, motors, and switchgear.
• Monitor progress; direct crews; adjust pace with other trades.
• Handle project admin: forms, time tickets, safety reports.
• Ensure overall project safety and training compliance.
• Enforce FSG safety processes and incident reporting.
