Job summary

Facility Solutions Group, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Superintendent Senior in West Palm Beach, FL. You will serve as the primary site supervisor responsible for electrical installations, alterations, and repairs on mid to large projects, coordinating multiple crews and supervisors.

You will work with the Project Manager on estimates, lay out work, schedules, and ensure safety and on-time performance. Strong leadership and technical expertise are required for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma minimum.
• Current State Journeyman or Masters Electrical License.
• 6+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience.
• Drug and background screen must be passed.
• OSHA 30 Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all electrical field trades on the project.
• Assist PM with take-offs and estimates.
• Lay out work for crews; ensure material, tools and manpower are available.
• Establish work schedules and man-loading charts.
• Coordinate with General Contractor on daily scheduling and performance.
• Supervise installation of electrical feeders, equipment, switchgear, lighting, etc.
• Ensure safety training and compliance on site.
• Maintain field reports and administrative paperwork.
