Job summary

Facility Solutions Group, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to serve as the primary site supervisor for electrical installations, alterations, and repairs on mid to large projects.

The role requires foreman experience and the ability to coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors to meet complex project schedules. The ideal candidate will manage estimates with the Project Manager, lay out work for foremen, ensure material and manpower readiness, and uphold safety standards across the

Qualifications

• High School Diploma at minimum.
• Current State Journeyman or Master Electrician license with expiration date.
• 6+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience.
• Ability to pass drug and background screen.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all FSG Construction field trades on an electrical construction project.
• Lays out work for subordinate supervisors and lead persons; ensures manpower, tools, and materials are in place.
• Performs working estimates and take-offs jointly with the Project Manager.
• Establishes work schedules and man-loading charts; coordinates with General Contractor.
• Monitors safety and directs crews to meet project timelines and quality standards.
