Job summary

Qualifications

• Foreman/Journeyman level coordination experience required
• Ability to perform take-offs and assist Project Manager on estimates
• Must meet physical job requirements including lifting >50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all FSG Construction field trades on an electrical construction project
• Do working estimate and take-off jointly with the Project Manager
• Lay out work for subordinate supervisors and lead persons with proper manpower and materials
• Establish work schedules and man-loading; proficient with computer/tablet/phone
• Interface with General Contractor representatives on scheduling and performance issues
• Provide supervision to subordinate foremen on electrical installations and equipment
• Monitor work, direct crews, and schedule according to job pace and other trades
• Handle or oversee office correspondence and safety reports
