Qualifications

• Requires public safety and construction site knowledge.
• Experience in electrical construction projects preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all field trades on electrical construction projects.
• Collaborate with Project Manager on estimates and take-offs.
• Plan work, materials, tools, and manpower for timely execution.
• Set work schedules and manage crew loading.
• Coordinate with General Contractor for scheduling and performance.
• Supervise installation of feeders, gear, lighting, and terminations.
• Monitor work, direct crews, and adjust pace with other trades.
• Handle administrative paperwork and safety reporting.
• Ensure overall project safety performance.
• Ensure staff training and compliance with safety policies.
• Investigate accidents and enforce safety protocols.
