Job summary

Facility Solutions Group, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Superintendent Senior to serve as the primary on-site supervisor for mid-to-large electrical projects, coordinating multiple crews and subcontractors.

You will oversee installation, alterations, and commissioning, ensuring schedules, safety, and quality meet project requirements. You bring a strong Foreman background, a valid electrician license, and a proven track record on commercial/industrial sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required and documented.
• Current State Journeyman or Master Electrician license with expiration date.
• 6+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience.
• Ability to pass drug test and background screen.
• OSHA 30 Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all FSG Construction field trades on electrical projects.
• Collaborate with Project Manager on estimates and material logistics; ensure timely manpower.
• Lay out work for crews and monitor schedules and interdependencies with other trades.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with company safety processes.
