Job summary

CEC FACILITIES LLC is seeking a Senior Superintendent to act as the primary jobsite supervisor for electrical installations on large ground-up projects. This safety-sensitive role directs field trades, coordinates with the General Contractor, and collaborates with the Project Manager to keep crews on schedule.

You will manage manpower, tooling, and materials, review drawings, ensure compliance with safety policies, and oversee quality of workmanship.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience.
• Must possess all skills of lower rated positions including Superintendent, Foreman, Journeyman, T2, H2.
• Must have a current Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must pass drug and background checks.
• Comprehend reading and drawing prints, specifications and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all field trades on an electrical construction project.
• Lays out work for subordinates and coordinates with PM for materials and manpower.
• Establishes work schedules and man-loading charts.
• Interfaces with GC representatives on scheduling and performance issues.
• Ensures overall project safety and compliance with policies.
