Job summary
The Superior Group in Piketon, Ohio, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects on site. You will drive project execution, manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination, while reporting to the Project Executive.
The position includes a $20,000 sign-on bonus and relocation support for eligible candidates. Based on a jobsite in Piketon, this role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a proven track record in commercial construction
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in commercial construction project management
- Relevant degree/certification in CM or engineering is preferred
- Experience with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects around $50M+ is valued
- Experience with construction management software and project controls
- Active OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Lead project team and coordinate with vendors, clients, and executives
- Manage project risk and escalate issues to leadership with solutions
- Cultivate client relationships and ensure clear communication
- Oversee budgets, cost control, billing, and change order management
- Ensure adherence to project schedule from kickoff to closeout
- Chairs project meetings and aligns cross-functional teams
- Negotiate changes to the project scope and manage contracts
- Maintain high safety standards on site
