Superior is seeking a Construction Project Executive to lead and grow large electrical construction projects from Piketon, Ohio. You will oversee a Project Operations team, drive project KPIs, mitigate risk, and work directly with customers, trade partners, and executives.

This role requires deep experience in commercial construction, design-build, and complex contracts, with a hands-on leadership style and a focus on safety, finance, and business development.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years in commercial construction PM on large, complex projects.
• Experience with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects from $100M+.
• Proven ability to build and lead dynamic, high-performance teams.
• Experience presenting at pitches, meetings, and industry events.
• Crisis management and rapid-response capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of construction management and project finance.
• Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and methods.
• Bonus: Construction Systems Management or related degree.

Responsabilités

• Lead lifecycle of major projects from preconstruction to closeout for multiple customers.
• Collaborate with Project Operations and Field Operations to drive progress and resolve challenges.
• Coordinate with department leaders across the organization.
• Oversee financial performance and risk management of each project.
• Represent the company in meetings with customers and subcontractors.
• Build senior-level relationships as a strategic partner to customers.
• Participate in business development and new pursuits.
• Invest in professional development of Project Operations team members.
• Maintain a high level of safety on the jobsite.
