Job summary

Bechtel Corporation is executing a semiconductor manufacturing plant project in New Albany, Ohio. The role provides engineering assistance to superintendents and craft professionals, helping meet cost and time schedules while verifying materials and equipment.

You will be directly responsible for Installation Quality Verification and Installation Quantity Verification, coordinating with design on constructability and managing subcontract changes to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in an engineering field required.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience (or 6–9 years for broader roles).

Responsibilities

• Apply drawings, specifications, inspections, quality verification and subcontract work.
• Prepare quantity listings for field purchases and initiate field requisitions.
• Review construction drawings and schedules; verify temporary facilities and 'as built' drawings.
• Assist engineers and superintendents in interpreting designs and scheduling deliveries.
• Coordinate constructability issues with design and manage subcontract changes.
• Review cost estimates, schedules and budgets as assigned.
