Job summary

Bechtel Global Corporation is building a semiconductor manufacturing plant in New Albany, Ohio. The Construction Lead Electrical Field Engineer will oversee electrical construction activities, interpret designs, coordinate with engineering, and ensure field work aligns with project specifications.

The role requires 8–14 years of electrical construction experience, a bachelor’s degree, and a strong focus on ES&H and quality.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in electrical design/construction, testing, and field coordination.
• Familiarity with ES&H and zero-accident safety programs; Bechtel BSAPs familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate electrical installation and testing with engineering teams.
• Manage material take-off, requisitions, and cost forecasting for electrical work.
• Ensure adherence to electrical design and project specifications in field operations.
• Develop and manage the electrical construction quality program.
• Coordinate with field supervision and subcontractors on schedules and interfaces.
