Job summary

Bechtel Corporation seeks an experienced Electrical Construction Lead in New Albany, OH to organize planning, safety, quality, and technical activities for the electrical scope on a complex project. You will directly supervise direct-hire crews, align work with the schedule, and ensure safe, compliant execution.

You will coordinate with Engineering and Design to resolve constructability issues, manage resources, and ensure compliance with codes, standards, and vendor requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or international equivalent and extensive electrical experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety practices, and field execution.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with project planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, safety, quality, and technical activities for electrical scope.
• Directly manage direct-hire electrical crews and field execution.
• Develop 90-day execution and 3-week look-ahead plans; monitor productivity.
• Ensure installations meet drawings, specs, and vendor requirements.
• Support Field Engineers, Foremen, and Craft Professionals with technical issues.
