Wesco seeks a Senior Engineer - Application to support electrical power and infrastructure products for utility industry clients. The role requires technical engineering knowledge, pre- and post-sales support, and collaboration with vendors and customers.

The position involves frequent travel to customer sites, providing training, startup support, and solution demonstrations to meet customer needs and grow opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelors’ Degree in engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years in networking and infrastructure sales; 7+ years preferred.
• 5+ years in using, designing or implementing medium/high voltage electrical products.
• Experience leading or directing teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical expertise in electrical and infrastructure products.
• Deliver pre-sales support including system engineering and product selection.
• Offer post-sales support including programming, training, and startup.
• Serve as technical liaison between customer, Wesco, and vendors.
• Identify new sales opportunities and assist in creating plans.
• Travel to customer facilities and support field operations.
