Qualus is seeking Construction Managers to support planning, coordination, execution, and oversight of electric construction projects. You will work with project teams, contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies to ensure safety, schedule, budget, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of materials, construction standards, regulations (OSHA), and safety requirements in power/gen or field service contexts.
• Ability to travel to multiple sites within the service area.
• Proficient with PC and job/work management applications (AS8, Atlas, Mobile Maps, MS Office Suite).
• Thorough knowledge of company work, environmental, and safety practices, including electric operations.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively manages day-to-day activities of multiple electric contractor crews.
• Oversees installation of electric infrastructure and ensures safety standards and regulations are met.
• Manages performance against cycle time and cost objectives.
• Coordinates permit and outages with third party utilities and authorities.
• Reviews contractor documents for accuracy and completeness; maintains records in IT systems.
