Job summary

Qualus is seeking a Senior Pre-Commissioning Professional in Field Engineering to lead complex electrical utility projects, managing day-to-day execution from assessments through proposals and ensuring compliance. You will coordinate planned outages, oversee protection and control testing, and provide field leadership to install and commission relays and substation equipment.

The role requires close collaboration with engineering, construction, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience 5–7 years in relay protection testing or design.
• Reading and interpreting One Line, AC/DC diagrams.
• Strong client interfacing and field execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead outages scheduling and coordinate field activities.
• Serve as primary client interface from assessment to proposals.
• Oversee protection & control equipment procurement and installation.
