Qualus is seeking a Construction Manager to provide field leadership for electric distribution line projects in the Conroe, Texas area. You will oversee multiple sites, coordinate contractors and crews, and ensure work safety, quality, and adherence to schedules and specs.

The role requires travel between job sites, strong safety discipline, and effective communication with customers, utilities, and teams to drive successful project delivery.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of construction management oversight.
• Working knowledge of electric operations and switching/outage authorization.
• Proficiency with PC/j ob management apps (AS8, Atlas, Mobile Maps, MS Office).
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA safety requirements for electric distribution and substation construction.

Aufgaben

• Direct day-to-day activities of multiple electric contractor crews.
• Coordinate safety standards, company specs, and governmental regulations.
• Manage schedules and cost performance to meet targets.
• Oversee and direct contractors performing electric cable installations and cut-ins.
• Communicate job status to stakeholders and document results.
