Job summary

Qualus Corporation seeks a Field Service Supervisor to lead electrical testing teams and manage field operations in our Field Service department. The role blends technical oversight with people management, safety culture, and customer coordination.

The position requires a strong technical background, plus supervisory and vendor-management experience. Travel to sites is expected, with focus on schedule adherence and project profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or equivalent engineering science.
• 6+ years of related field service management experience in electrical testing.
• 4-6 years of experience with data centers, industrial services and primary power distribution.
• 6+ years of experience in general contractor and vendor management with RFI/submittal tracking.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teams of electrical testing technicians and provide guidance and training.
• Coordinate field activities, visit teams and customers, ensure safety and compliance.
• Manage employee performance, goals, and feedback.
• Handle project documentation: submittals, RFIs, change orders, invoicing.
• Oversee test procedures, document results, and generate client reports.
• Assist in job execution and purchasing of materials.
• Schedule field service employees and serve as primary customer contact.
• Conduct site walkthroughs and adjust scope per customer requests or conditions.
• Lead regular safety meetings and manage project schedules and P&L.
