Job summary

Qualus is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead complex engineering projects across substations, transmission, and renewable energy. You will coordinate with engineers, designers, and subcontractors to ensure schedules are met, manage scope and budgets, and support procurement and construction activities on large, energy-related programs.

The role requires 7–10 years in utility-scale electrical projects, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge to complete a project design from start to finish.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Civil preferred).
• 7–10 years of experience in utility-scale electrical projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical power systems and renewables.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools (MS Project or Primavera P6).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex engineering projects across substation design, transmission, telecoms, renewables and large facilities.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and subcontractors to meet schedules.
• Manage scope, budget, scheduling, and change control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support procurement and construction activities and teams.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to process improvements.
