Job summary

WSP USA is seeking an EHV EPC Project Manager (Power Delivery) to lead cradle-to-grave transmission projects from development through closeout, with a remote-ready role and multiple U.S. locations.

You will provide project leadership, manage financials, schedules, and client communications, and ensure safety and quality across a portfolio of high-voltage projects. A strong background in EPC delivery is required, with 10+ years in the field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, PM or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of post-education experience in a project management role within the industry.
• 3+ years of EHV transmission level voltage project experience (115kV–500kV).
• Cradle-to-grave EPC project management experience for transmission level voltage.
• Experience with DBB, EPC, PDB delivery models and project delivery processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with management across project life cycle to support cost and schedule objectives.
• Lead development of proposals, cost estimates, scope, and resource plans.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost and change management.
• Provide regular project reporting and mitigate scope, risk, and budget issues.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure adherence to QA/QC and safety standards.
