Job summary

WSP USA seeks an EHV EPC Project Manager (Power Delivery) with remote work options to lead cradle-to-grave projects from development through energization. You will coordinate across disciplines and manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships across multiple locations in the U.S.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in project management within power delivery, with 3+ years in EHV transmission and strong PM tool expertise. The role emphasizes safety, QA/QC, and executive-level communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience in A/E/C, utility, EPC, or power delivery.
• 10+ years of post-education experience in a project management role in the industry.
• 3+ years of EHV transmission project experience (115kV–500kV).
• Cradle-to-grave EPC project management experience for transmission level voltage.
• Strong understanding of project delivery processes and PM tools; experience with DBB, EPC, PDB delivery models.
• Excellent communication and leadership with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with management across the project life cycle to meet cost and schedule objectives.
• Lead development of proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost control and change management.
• Provide regular project reporting to clients and leadership, identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
• Be the face of WSP for the client and develop long-term relationships.
• Ensure adherence to QA/QC, safety standards, and proven processes; adapt as needed.
