Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health and Safety, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Chemistry, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience developing, implementing, and maintaining EHS programs in manufacturing.
• Experience with OSHA, EPA, CDPHE, DOT, NFPA, ASME standards and internal audits.
• Strong communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Lead the site EHS function including workforce planning, development, succession planning, performance management, and resource allocation.
• Chair the Executive EHS Steering Committee and provide updates on performance, risks, regulatory developments, and improvement plans.
• Develop and continuously improve EHS policies, programs, standards, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner across Manufacturing, Engineering, Facilities, Supply Chain, and Quality to embed EHS into operations.
• Represent the site on Emerson Measurement Solutions Global Safety and Health Leadership Team.
