Job summary

Cohere Beauty Omaha is seeking a Sr. Environmental, Health & Safety Manager to lead EHS programs across the enterprise. This role focuses on measurement, reporting, and safety leadership, guiding site leads to promote a zero-incident culture and reduce carbon footprint.

You will collaborate with leaders to implement processes that ensure products and operations meet environmental and safety standards, with strong emphasis on training, audits, and cross-site coordination.

Qualifications

• Five years of related EHS experience; manufacturing background is a plus.
• Experience aligning OSHA requirements with environmental compliance.
• Experience delivering OSHA-compliant safety training for new hires or high-risk tasks.
• Current certifications in First Aid, CPR, and OSHA-related courses are a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of environmental regulations and policies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for environmental, safety, and health concerns of the Omaha Site.
• Create guidelines, checklists, policies, and procedures to align with best practices.
• Lead safety and environmental investigations to identify root causes.
• Develop and conduct safety training programs and drills.
• Monitor site compliance with local, state, and federal safety procedures.
• Lead the Omaha and Corporate Safety Committee and monthly safety reviews.
• Maintain records of inspections, injuries, and safety communications.
• Support emergency response planning and incident notification.
• Lead new hire safety orientation and internal safety campaigns.
