Medtronic plc in Colorado is seeking a Senior EHS Specialist to support Environmental, Health and Safety programs across Parker, Boulder, and Louisville manufacturing locations. This onsite, hands-on role focuses on day-to-day EHS activities, maintaining programs, identifying hazards, and partnering with employees and leaders to address risks and improve safety.

Competenze

• Requires 8+ years in EHS roles with manufacturing exposure.
• Experience implementing and auditing EHS programs and policies.
• Ability to lead hazard observations and corrective actions.

Mansioni

• Develops, administers and implements environmental, health, and safety programs according to requirements.
• Monitor pollution prevention activities, compliance and auditing (where applicable).
• Support environmental compliance including regulatory reviews and documentation.
• Interact with regulatory bodies to resolve issues and assist in audits.
• Ensure corrective actions for hazards exist.
• Identify and address activities that threaten worker health or safety and improve methods.
• Provide employee awareness/training on environmental, health, and safety matters.
• Lead site hazard observations and GEMBAs to drive corrective actions.
• Support ergonomics initiatives by identifying risks and improvements.
